Flora Philon, age 82, entered eternal rest on Wednesday, September 12, 2018.

Flora accepted Christ at an early age. She was a dedicated member of
Shady Grove Baptist Church, where she served as an usher and lead singer of
the choir until her health failed. Flora was an employee of the Choctaw County Board of Education where she worked as an aide, substitute teacher, and cafeteria worker. Flora was known for always helping others and her good cooking.

Funeral services will take place Saturday, September 22, 2018, 11:00 am at Shady Grove Baptist Church, Silas Alabama. The interment will follow in the churchyard cemetery.
