John Mixon, age 73, entered eternal rest Tuesday, February 27, 2018 while under the care of Baptist South Hospital in Montgomery.

John Mixon was employed many years by the City of Georgiana as a maintenance professional.

The family has arranged services of celebration for John’s life on Wednesday, March 7, 2018. The service will take place at First Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Mixonville, Alabama. The time is 1:00 pm. The interment will immediately follow in the churchyard cemetery.

The family has arranged a public viewing one hour before the funeral.
